I am a fine artist originally from Northern California, currently residing in Clarksville, Tennessee. With a lifelong passion for art, I began my formal art education at the age of 15 and have continued to explore and expand my artistic skills independently ever since.
In 2022, I began creating detailed pet portraits in charcoal—a medium that quickly became a regular part of my artistic practice. I earned my Master of Fine Arts degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 2024. Throughout my studies, I worked in a variety of mediums, but my preferred materials are oil paint, watercolor, and soft pastels.
Nature and animals have always been at the heart of my creative expression. After relocating to Tennessee, I developed a deep appreciation for the beauty of abandoned barns, which became the subject of my master’s thesis. My work continues to explore these iconic structures, capturing their weathered textures and quiet solitude through expressive and detailed brushwork.
During my time in school, I also discovered a love for still life painting. I enjoy creating compelling compositions out of everyday objects—whether it’s food, books, or a quiet corner of a room. Everything has a story, and I love telling those stories through my art.
My work reflects my deep emotional connection to the natural world and the animals I hold dear. Today, I focus on painting abandoned barns, still life compositions, and creating soft pastel pet portraits.
I believe we all have the ability to be artists. Everyone has their own unique outlet for creativity. For my twin brother, it’s designing custom electrical lighting for remodeled homes; for my sister, it’s sewing and gardening. Find something that inspires you and do it! And if you don’t know how—YouTube it! Pinterest it! Learn! The more you do what you love, the better you get at it. Let’s all be artists together.

This is awesome!!!!
